Bank OZK is hiring Client Service Specialists, Consumer Banking Relationship Specialists, and an AVP Banking Center Manager.
A Client Service Specialist is also known as a Teller. They are responsible for nurturing professional relationships with customers by talking about their financial needs and goals, giving referrals, and processing financial transactions. The perfect candidate promotes a positive, helpful, and friendly environment and must provide exceptional customer service. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, but a bachelor's degree is preferred. One year of experience with customer service is needed. The candidate should have knowledge and experience with bank products, online banking, mobile banking applications, banking cards, and more. Experience handling cash is preferred. A Consumer Banking Relationship Specialist is responsible for knowing banking products and services to build professional relationships with customers and help them with their financial needs and goals. They must promote a positive, helpful, and friendly environment and have excellent customer service skills. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, but a bachelor's degree is preferred. One year of customer service experience is needed. Basic knowledge of personal finance and household budgeting is required. The candidate should have knowledge and experience with bank products, online banking, mobile banking applications, banking cards, and more. Experience in retail customer service or sales is preferred. An NMLS is preferred and required for lending. The AVP Banking Center Manager is also known as the Branch Manager. They are responsible for effectively and enthusiastically managing the banking center, leading the team, as well as being accountable and holding other team members accountable. The AVP Banking Center Manager needs to cultivate and maintain working relationships with peers, business partners, and the community. They also provide business development leadership and management. It is expected that the AVP Banking Center Manager to lead by example and provide exceptional customer service at all times. A bachelor's degree or corresponding work experience is required. It is also required that the ideal candidate has at least one year of retail client service and/or business development service. At least one year of business development management or leadership experience is strongly preferred. The candidate must have a proven achievement of business growth goals and financial targets. They must have experience in managing, leading, and coaching professionals. The candidate must know bank products, services, and regulations. A valid driver's license, good driving record, and an NMLS are required.
